In noise control spreadsheet i used a W23 to have a 18" wall depth here we see a double wall with columns inside of the structure, this can be efficient in the use for noise control ecspecially for designing a theatre, the wall would be concrete instead of a masonry wall and have concrete cladding on the outside with the interior of insulation.
